Why give?

  • Make A Difference

Your donation helps bring the historic weaving shed at Woodend Mill back into safe, sustainable public use — preserving a building that holds Mossley’s textile heritage and giving it a new future at the heart of the community.

  • Support A Cause You Love

This is a chance to care for something real and local. Your support helps create a welcoming place where people can gather, learn, create, and enjoy the unique atmosphere of this historic riverside building.

  • Be Part of A Solution

By giving, you join a growing community of people working together to protect heritage, strengthen local identity, and create a shared space for Mossley — owned not by individuals, but by everyone who believes in its future.

  • Create Lasting Impact

Your contribution helps secure the long-term future of the weaving shed, ensuring it remains a place for workshops, exhibitions, learning, and community life for generations to come.

  • Fund Grassroots Work

This project is being delivered locally, by people rooted in Mossley. Your support enables hands-on heritage conservation, community workshops, and the careful restoration needed to bring this important building back into use.

  • Inspire Others

Every donation sends a powerful message — that this building matters, that its stories matter, and that together we can achieve something meaningful for the town and its future.
